With April nearing to an end and summer right around the corner, are you starting your annual summer slimming diet? We’ve rounded up 5 health tips that will improve your health and help you stay in shape not just in the summer, but all year round!

1. Drink that H2O
Water is essential for a healthy life. Did you know that humans can survive 3 weeks without food, but only 3~5 days without water? Water keeps you hydrated to keep you feeling energized and stay active. It also promotes digestion and helps to flush away toxins.

Water is the secret to smooth glowing skin. For those who are worried about the signs of aging, water reduces the appearance of those fine lines. It also prevents breakouts.

2. Say No to Empty Calories
Does your hand reach out to potato chips, buttered popcorn, sweets and pop while watching TV? Why not switch them to some crunchy nuts and dried raisins? A small change of habit leads to a much healthier lifestyle and a fitter body. Cut down, or even better, cut out those empty calories from your diet and see what happens 🙂
